Where can we deliver?
Our delivery zone is measured in a straight line from our address in Kirchberg. An address in France, Germany or Belgium may qualify if it is within the 60 km radius. This is not nationwide delivery or an unrestricted international service. The check before payment determines eligibility and the delivery charge.
What information do you need?
Have the full delivery address, your phone number and the recipient’s phone number ready. Both numbers can be the same. Add your gift message in the dedicated field. For a specific time, a bulk order or a special requirement, contact us before paying.
Preparing and delivering your gift
Gifts are prepared to order: allow at least one working day, with no same-day delivery. We deliver within a 60 km straight-line radius of 6 rue Joseph Leydenbach, L-1947 Luxembourg, including addresses in France, Germany and Belgium within this area. The address and delivery charge are checked before payment.
Delivery is free up to 5 km; over 5 to 15 km: €4.99; over 15 to 25 km: €7.49; over 25 to 60 km: €9.90.
